Textual communications and media files can be securely transmitted either to single or multipoint destinations using sophisticated but easy to use addressing protocols. The SmartMessage head office system can be configured with full system redundancy with various archiving options for long term storage and retrieval. A full audit trail is accessible by the system administrators.
